Our services include, but are not limited to: • Corporate training programs (in-person, virtual, and blended) • Technical skills training and certification programs • Leadership development and executive coaching • AI and digital transformation consulting • Learning strategy consulting and advisory • Custom learning solutions and content development • Training operations consulting and optimization The specific scope, deliverables, and terms of any engagement will be outlined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or service agreement between Nowledge Global and the client.

By using our services, you agree to: • Provide accurate and complete information when requested, including during registration, enrollment, and communication. • Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials or access information provided to you. • Not use our services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our operations. • Not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of our services, content, or materials without express written permission. • Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards. • Not interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services. • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems, networks, or data related to our services.

All content, materials, and intellectual property provided through our services are owned by or licensed to Nowledge Global. This includes, but is not limited to: • Training materials, presentations, and course content. • Methodologies, frameworks, and proprietary tools. • Software, platforms, and digital assets. • Branding, trademarks, and trade dress. • Research, whitepapers, and publications. Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use training materials and content solely for internal purposes as outlined in their service agreement. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law: • Nowledge Global shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services. • Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Nowledge Global during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. • We do not guarantee any specific results or outcomes from our training programs or consulting services. • We are not responsible for any loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities resulting from your use of our services. • We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of our services or content. This limitation of liability applies whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other basis.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. Both parties agree to attempt to resolve any disputes through good faith negotiation before initiating formal legal proceedings. Nothing in this section shall prevent either party from seeking injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
